Shipping policy

Wild Stitch is aiming to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. However, during very busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and UK Bank Holidays, this may sometimes take slightly longer. You'll be notofied by email once your delivery is on its way!

Domestic (UK) Orders

For most Domestic (UK) Orders, WE use Royal Mail as our chosen courier service.

Both our Standard Shipping and Express Shipping is fully tracked, details of these services can be seen below. Please note that Lightweight Shipping is only avaiable on orders that weigh less than 100g.

All Mainland UK Orders are eligible for FREE Delivery when you spend £50 or more.

Domestic Shipping (UK Orders) Terms & Conditions

*Orders eligible for FREE UK Delivery will be shipped using our Standard Shipping option. FREE Delivery exclusions apply, including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & The Isle of Man where a flat delivery charge of £6.29 will be applied to your order.

Though our courier partners will endeavour to deliver within the delivery windows specified , this is not guaranteed and can be impacted by external factors such as poor weather. Should your order not arrive within the targeted delivery date, please try to allow at least another working day before contacting Wild Stitch UK.

International Orders

International Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or DPD International services. These orders are delivered using courier partners in the individual country of delivery.
